2-D Shapes on 3-D Shapes; Sorting Shapes

Students identify 2-D shapes on the surfaces of 3-D shapes (a circle on a cylinder, a triangle on a pyramid) through printing and shadow work, then compare and sort mixed 2-D/3-D sets and everyday objects by chosen criteria.
